A paddle fan in silky fabric with hand painted decoration of Angel fish. It has a bamboo handle and the stiffened edge is bound with a rainbow braid band.  Chinese, from the 60’s or so - a little pale ‘spotting’ to the delicate fabric and slight surface wear. Measures around 18.5cm across and 29cm from the top edge to the bottom of the handle.
