Antique early 1900s handmade Pyrography wood burned Wall hung Pipe Rack.  A great piece of Antique Victorian Era Folk Art. 
The wood is burned at the top with a man & woman with a broom and acanthus leaf scrolling at the bottom. the pipe rack holds 5 pipes and measures 12 1/2" by 7 1/2". The wood is 1/2" in thickness.
The artisan also burned a saying along the edge of the rack: " Thy Clouds All Other Clouds Dispel"
